Studio Publisher

A private publishing tool of an independent video creator.

Studio Publisher is a small desktop program that the owner of the YouTube channels Second Lives of History and The Money Files uses to publish and manage their own videos. It is not a public service: there is no sign-up, and it is not offered to other users.

What it does

• Uploads the creator's own finished videos and Shorts as private, then publishes each one at a scheduled time after the creator approves it.
• Sets thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, subtitles, translations and playlists of the creator's own videos; updates their channel banner and description.
• Reads comments under the creator's own videos and posts individual replies there (never on other channels).
• Reads analytics of the creator's own channels (views, watch time, retention) to improve future videos.

How it connects to YouTube

Only through the official YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, after the channel owner signs in with Google (OAuth 2.0) and grants access. The program uses YouTube API Services; by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
